Terms of Sale & Pre-contract Information

A. Pre-contract information

2. Goods and price

The essential characteristics of each product (pieces, number of people, colour, material) are stated on its product page. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT; EUR/USD figures are approximate conversions shown for information. The total price including delivery is shown before you place the order.

3. Payment

Bank transfer (EFT within Türkiye, SWIFT from abroad, in TRY) and, once enabled, credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution with 3-D Secure. Bank details are shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation e-mail. Transfer orders are shipped when the payment is credited; orders unpaid after 3 business days are cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Türkiye is free on every order. Orders are handed to the carrier within 0-2 business days and delivered in Türkiye within 1-4 business days; the legal maximum is 30 days. International online orders are shipped by international courier on DAP terms: the courier option, cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, prices exclude Turkish VAT (export exemption), and import duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the recipient. Pallet or container orders are made under a separate proforma.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by e-mail to satis@ershome.com or through the order tracking page. Return shipping within Türkiye is free; the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details: Returns & refunds.

6. Complaints and disputes

Write to satis@ershome.com first; we answer within one business day. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in Türkiye, and to the competent bodies of their country of residence where its mandatory law so provides.

B. Distance sales contract

1. Parties

Seller: KLAS SERAMİK ZÜCCACİYE HEDİYELİK EŞYA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., Aydınlı Mahallesi, Süheyla Sokak No: 38/A, Konaşlı Mevkii, Tuzla / İstanbul, Türkiye. Buyer: the person whose name, address, e-mail and phone number are entered at checkout.

2. Subject

The sale and delivery of the products listed on the order confirmation, at the prices and conditions shown at checkout, under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the pre-contract information and clicks "Place order", and the seller issues the confirmation e-mail. The buyer receives a copy of these terms by e-mail; registered customers can see their orders in their account.

4. Delivery and risk

Goods are delivered to the address given by the buyer. Risk passes on delivery to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer. If the buyer is absent, the carrier leaves a notice; unclaimed parcels return to the seller and the buyer is contacted for redelivery.

5. Withdrawal, returns and defects

The right of withdrawal in section A.5 applies. The buyer must use the goods only to the extent necessary to examine them; the seller may claim reduction in value for use beyond that. Defective goods are repaired, replaced, discounted or refunded at the buyer's choice within the statutory 2-year period.

6. Business purchases

Purchases on a company invoice and wholesale orders are governed by the Turkish Commercial Code and the accepted proforma; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies. Disputes with consumers are heard by the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; disputes with businesses by the Istanbul Anatolian courts and enforcement offices.

8. Entry into force

The contract enters into force when the order is placed. Version 2026-09-05.
