2. How an order is placed

1. Add products to the cart and open the checkout page.
2. Enter contact and delivery details, choose the payment method, and confirm that you have read the Pre-contract Information and the Terms of Sale.
3. Click "Place order". The order is binding once the confirmation page and e-mail are issued; for bank transfer, shipment starts when the payment is received.

You can correct input errors at every step before clicking "Place order".

3. Storage of the contract

The order confirmation e-mail contains the essential terms. The contract text is stored by us for three years and can be requested by e-mail; registered customers can see their orders in My account.

4. Prices and stock

Prices are shown in Turkish lira and include VAT; EUR/USD figures on the English pages are approximate conversions for information only. The price at the moment of ordering applies. Stock levels are updated continuously, but if a product becomes unavailable after your order we inform you immediately and refund any payment in full.

5. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse. We may close accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

The "ers erbaşlar" trademark, product designs, photographs, texts and this website are protected by Turkish and international law. Product images and texts may be used by our wholesale partners for the resale of our products only, and otherwise not without written permission.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews shown on the English pages are translated from Turkish reviews collected on our marketplace store, with the reviewer's name shortened. We do not edit their meaning; we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for defective goods and for consumers' statutory rights. We are not liable for indirect losses of business customers beyond the order value.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are settled by the courts of Istanbul (Anatolian side); consumers may also apply to consumer arbitration committees.
