Where are your products made?
Everything is designed, glazed and fired in our own factory in Istanbul. We sell directly, without importers or distributors, so you pay the manufacturer's price.
How much is shipping, and do you ship abroad?
Shipping within Türkiye is free on every order. Every set travels in double-wall cartons with foam separators. International orders are quoted separately (see Wholesale & export).
Are the products food-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes. All pieces are glazed ceramic with a food-safe glaze and are dishwasher-safe for daily use. Small variations in tone are part of hand-finished ceramics.
What is your return policy?
You can return an order within 14 days of delivery. If a piece arrives broken, a photo is enough: we replace it or refund within 14 days.
Do you sell wholesale or export?
Yes. Retailers, e-commerce sellers, hotels and corporate buyers get factory wholesale prices with a proforma in EUR or USD, and international customers can order online with courier delivery to the Gulf, Europe, the UK and North America. Use the Wholesale & export page for volume quotes.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) with 3D Secure verification, or bank transfer (SWIFT/EFT). Card details are entered on Ziraat Bank's secure payment page and are never stored on our site.
