How wholesale ordering works

Seven steps from sign-up to delivery. Wholesale details

    Become a dealer (2 minutes)

    Fill in the short form. No approval wait: wholesale prices open the moment you send it. Later sign-ins use an e-mail link, no password.

    See wholesale prices (+ VAT)

    Product cards show your wholesale price excluding VAT. 20% VAT is added as a separate line in the cart and on the invoice.

  3. 3

    Mixed cart: 50+ and 300+ tiers

    Different products count together. At 50 pieces in total the 50+ price applies to everything, at 300 pieces the 300+ price. The cart shows how many pieces are left.

  4. 4

    Minimum order

    ₺10.000 for the first order, ₺20.000 afterwards, VAT included. Below that, tick "Request a proforma / quote" at checkout and we send an offer.

  5. 5

    Pay by card or bank transfer

    Card payments go through 3D Secure. Pay by bank transfer and 3% comes off the total. The e-invoice is issued to your company.

  6. 6

    Choose delivery

    Freight is paid by the buyer: collect from our warehouse, let us book the best-priced carrier (you pay on delivery) or ship with DHL (priced by volume).

  7. 7

    Made-to-order patterns

    Patterns produced only for wholesale: low minimums that vary by item (shown on each product page), lead time 7–10 days. Lower at higher levels: Gold Dealer 30% lower, Platinum Dealer 50% lower.

Frequently asked questions

How is my level calculated?

Personal members: what you paid for products in the last 365 days, VAT included, shipping excluded; some levels also open with a number of paid orders. Dealers: paid wholesale turnover in the last 365 days, excluding VAT. Your level is recalculated as soon as a payment is confirmed.

Can my level go down?

A level you reach is protected for 90 days after your 12-month total drops below the threshold. Shop again in that period and you keep it.

Why do discounts say "up to"?

Level discounts are applied item by item within our price floor. On a few items already sold at a very low price the discount can be smaller or not apply; everywhere else you get the full rate.

Can I be both a member and a dealer?

A dealer account sees wholesale prices and follows dealer levels; personal membership levels apply to personal accounts. If you shop for your home too, use a separate personal account.

Where do I see my level?

Signed in, this page marks your level and shows how much is left to the next one. You also find it on your account page; dealers see it in the gold bar at the top.
