How to get your link

1Sign in with your dealer account and open My account › Dealer tools.
2Click "Create XML link". Choose format (XML, CSV, Excel, Shopify CSV), language and, if you like, a category.
3Copy the link into your store or integrator. It refreshes every 6 hours.

Step by step by platform

Menu names can differ between platform versions. If you cannot find it, ask your platform's support for "product import from a supplier XML".

Ticimax xml

Open the XML product import (supplier XML) section in the admin panel and add a new source.
Paste the XML link from Dealer tools and map the fields using the table below.
Set the update interval to 6 hours; prices and stock then refresh on their own.

ikas xml

Install an XML product import app from the app store (or upload the Excel file under Products › Import).
Enter the XML link and choose SKU/barcode as the matching key.
Take the selling price from the recommended_retail_price field.

T-Soft xml

Define a new XML under the XML integration (supplier XML) section of the panel.
Select the product tag as the product node and map the fields.
Turn on automatic updates (every 6 hours is enough).

IdeaSoft xml

Go to the XML product import / supplier integration section of the panel.
Add the link and map the category and price fields.
If your theme does not accept WebP images, use the JPEGs from the ZIP download.

Shopify Shopify CSV

Download the "Shopify CSV" file from Dealer tools.
Upload it in Shopify admin under Products › Import; products arrive as drafts.
Review and publish. To update prices, import the file again and overwrite existing products.

WooCommerce csv

Upload the CSV under Products › Import and match the columns on the mapping screen.
Map the "Images (comma separated)" column to the Images field.
For automatic updates, give the XML link to an XML import plugin.

Your marketplace store xml

Add a new XML supplier in the marketplace integrator software you use.
Paste the link and map the product, price, stock and image fields.
Choose the marketplace category in the integrator. Keep the selling price at or above our site price.

Good to know

• Prices and stock refresh every 6 hours. Set your importer to fetch every 1–6 hours; each link allows 30 requests per hour.
• The link is personal and contains your dealer prices. Do not share it. If it leaks, renew it under My account › Dealer tools; the old link stops working at once.
• On a marketplace, a listing with the same barcode may be merged with other sellers of that product. If you use your own barcodes, leave the barcode field unmapped and use the SKU as your stock code.
• Images may be WebP or JPEG. If your platform does not accept WebP, upload the JPEGs from the ZIP in Dealer tools.

The recommended and minimum selling price is our site price; selling below it breaches the dealer terms.
