Cookie Policy
Effective · Turkish version: Çerez Politikası
1. Essential cookies (no consent needed)
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ers_cart | Keeps your shopping cart between pages | 30 days |
| ers_coupon | Remembers a coupon code entered in the cart | Session |
| authjs.session-token, authjs.csrf-token | Sign-in session and form security | Session / 30 days |
| ers_cookie_consent (local storage) | Stores your cookie choice | 12 months |
2. Analytics cookies (consent required)
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that measure page views, traffic sources and purchases in aggregated form. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not send names or e-mail addresses to Google. Until you consent, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied and only cookieless pings are sent. Retention: 14 months.
3. Advertising cookies (consent required)
Since 13 September 2026 we measure whether our Google ads (Search and Shopping) lead to an order. Only if you choose "Accept all", Google Ads sets _gcl_au / _gcl_aw (90 days). With "Analytics only" or "Essential only" no advertising cookie is set and Google receives only cookieless, non-identifying signals. With the same consent the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc, 90 days) and the TikTok Pixel (_ttp, ttcsid, 13 months) are loaded to measure our Instagram/Facebook and TikTok ads and to show our ads again to visitors; without consent these scripts are never loaded.
4. Managing your choice
Use on this page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and sign-in from working.
5. Personal data
How we process personal data, your rights under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK, and how to contact us are described in the Privacy Notice. Controller: KLAS SERAMİK ZÜCCACİYE HEDİYELİK EŞYA SAN. VE TİC.
