1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

• Wholesale / export inquiries (company, country, name, e-mail, phone, message): to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to perform the contract. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Orders placed by e-mail or WhatsApp (delivery address, invoicing details, payment reference): contract performance and legal bookkeeping obligations (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c); KVKK art. 5/2-c, ç).
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: pages viewed, device, approximate location): only with your consent given in the cookie banner (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); KVKK art. 5/1). Essential cookies (session, security) need no consent.
• Marketing e-mails: only if you separately opt in; you can withdraw at any time via the link in each e-mail or by writing to satis@ershome.com.

3. Who receives your data

• E-mail delivery service (Resend) to deliver our replies and order messages.
• Hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon), with servers in the United States.
• Freight forwarders and customs brokers when we ship to you (name, address, phone, invoice).
• Banks and payment institutions for invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Google (Analytics) only when you accept analytics cookies.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok: the e-mail addresses of our customers, dealers and newsletter subscribers are sent in one-way encrypted (hashed) form so that our ads are not shown to existing customers, relevant offers can be shown to them and similar audiences can be built. Unmatched entries are deleted by the platform; no name, address, phone or order details are sent. To object, use the unsubscribe link in our e-mails or write to us and you will be removed at the next update.
• Public authorities where the law requires.

We are established in Türkiye and our providers may process data in the United States. Transfers are made under the providers' data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not lead to an order: 3 years.
• Orders, invoices and payment records: 10 years (Turkish tax and commercial law).
• Analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics retention setting); consent choice: 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to satis@ershome.com. We answer within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; Turkish residents with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

6. Cookies on the English site

• Essential: security and session cookies from our host (Vercel) and security network (Cloudflare); consent choice (browser storage, 12 months).
• Analytics (consent only): Google Analytics _ga, _ga_*, 2 years.
• Advertising (consent only, asked separately): Google Ads conversion measurement _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, 90 days. No other ad networks.
