What are your delivery terms?

Online orders ship by international courier, DAP: import duties and taxes of your country are paid on delivery. Registered dealers can also choose EXW Tuzla with their own forwarder. Pallet and container shipments are quoted separately.

Is Turkish VAT charged?

No. Export sales are exempt from Turkish VAT, so the checkout deducts it from product prices and the invoice is issued VAT-exempt.

Can you put our logo or design on the products?

We produce our own catalogue designs. For volume orders, ask us about your logo or packaging needs and we will tell you what is possible.

Online: credit or debit card (3D Secure, charged in Turkish lira) or bank transfer via SWIFT (BIC TCZBTR2A). Larger orders: proforma invoice in EUR or USD.

Small and sample orders

1. Add products to your cart on this site — no account needed.
2. At checkout choose your country: you see courier options, delivery time and the exact shipping price.
3. Turkish VAT is deducted automatically (export sale); import duties of your country are paid on delivery (DAP).
4. Pay by card (3D Secure, charged in Turkish lira) or by SWIFT bank transfer.
5. We ship with an ETGB export declaration and send you the tracking number.

4. You pay by SWIFT transfer; production and export packing start the same week for catalogue series.

Micro-export (ETGB) covers shipments up to 600 kg / €30,000; larger volumes ship as a standard export consignment.
